Shipping policy

Placing An Order

We can only accept orders from and to addresses in the United Kingdom.

After placing an order online we will email you a confirmation of your order as soon as possible.

When we despatch your order we will send you a despatch confirmation email to the email address you provided

We will endeavour to meet our guideline of 3-5 days for delivery. However we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. (Please note that the 3-5 days quoted are working days. Please take into account weekends and bank holidays when placing your order).

All orders will be posted to 1 address. We can not accept requests to post items in 1 order to individual addresses.

Standard Royal Mail Delivery 2nd class: We offer free postage on all orders over £10. Postage on any orders under £10 is just 99p. These orders are all sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class. With all orders, we obtain a certificate of postage from the Royal Mail which confirms we have posted the item to you. Should the item not arrive, we will screenshot a copy of this certificate to you and it is then your responsibility to chase this with the Royal Mail.. If choosing this method of posting, we can not be held responsible if this item doesn't arrive but will do all we can to resolve the matter with the Royal Mail to ensure you receive the item. This method of posting is insured up to £20.

Disputes regarding lost post

Royal Mail will only allow us to dispute missing post after 10 working days have passed (2 weeks after the day the item was posted unless bank holidays. Please add an extra day per bank holiday during that 2 week period). If you have not received your order after this time, please let us know and we can resend your item(s) (subject to stock) and we will put in a dispute with Royal Mail to obtain our money back. Please note we cannot offer any refunds on post that has been lost or damaged in transit. If a refund is required we will gladly send you a copy of our proof of postage and you would need to claim a refund from the Royal Mail. Please contact us for information on how to do this.


We do not have to accept your order and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order once it has been placed.
This may be done for example if:

- Your payment is not authorised or has been marked as fraudulent, or potentially fraudulent,
by the payment system.

- Payment has been made using a card not issued in a country we dispatch to.

- There is an error on the website regarding the price or description of a product.

- The items ordered are no longer in stock or available.

- We have tried contacting you about your order and have not heard back within a reasonable period of time.

If the items you have ordered are unavailable you will be notified as soon as possible.

By placing an order with us you are confirming that any information you have given is true and accurate
and that you are authorised to use the card on which payment was made.

Pricing And Payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling.

Where applicable delivery costs will be added to the total price of the goods.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you placed your order, including
any additional delivery costs if applicable.

Cancelling An Order Placed

If, after placing, you wish to cancel your order you can do so at any time prior to it being despatched.

If you do wish to cancel your order you will need to contact us as soon as possible via email to tracies-jewellery@outlook.com
You will need to quote your order number and confirm your name and address details.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been despatched before you contact us then you will be unable to cancel it and will have to return it for a refund.

Delivery

We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control.

Once dispatched all orders are fully insured by Royal Mail or ourselves until they have been delivered.

As soon as your order has been delivered, then you will be responsible for them.

We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage experienced as a result of our website,
or the goods and services supplied by it, except as required by law
