Refund policy

To return or exchange your selection please follow the instructions.

Non-faulty merchandise will be accepted. Merchandise will be available for refund, or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of receiving the item.

Faulty merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender or we will be happy to exchange subject to availability.

Please quote your order number in all circumstances so that we can easily find your information.
